INVESTMENT AND CASTING MACHINE
This machine is composed by a mixer that operates under vacuum to produce the investment for casting flask, an electric melting furnace and a vacuum casting chamber placed under the furnace.
Maximum capacity of the electric furnace is 1 kilo of 24Kt gold; it can melt metal in about 40 minutes. Maximum dimensions of casting flask are diameter mm 100x180H.
Housed vacuum pump has 12 cubic meters/hour capacity.
This machine allows to obtain high quality castings, comparable to that of more expensive and complex medium frequency casting machines.
